The Owls entertain the Bluebirds tonight’s live offering in the Championship.  Neil Warnock’s men will be hoping to continue a recent upturn in form and take 3 point from Hillsborough.  ‘Colin’ as he is known as by the Wednesday masses would like nothing better than turning over his arch rivals from his time with the Blades.  Jut two weeks ago this would have been a tap in for him too.  The Owls were smarting from a 3-0 home reverse to lowly Burton, without a manager and installed a new CEO.

Since then however the Owls have installed a new manager and with 3 clean sheets and a new system seem to have turned a corner.  The new man is Jos Luhukay a dutch national who has spent most of his managerial career in Germany.  His record displays promotions wherever he has been and that will be his key mission at S6.

The little man has wasted no time in switching to 3 at the back and also made a canny and somewhat cheap acquisition of Heracles Midfielder Joel Pelupussy.  It could be too late for this season but a solid end to the season and the Owls could be up for another push next season.

Cardiff have displayed that having a system and players with points to prove can get you a long way in the division.  Whereas other teams are more fancied and have a bigger wage bill credit has to be given to Warnock for moulding these misfits into a successful side.

I think the Owls will shade this encounter and if you agree take the 21/4 on offer with 888sport for them to win and both teams to score.  You can join bet £10 and get another £30 in free bets.
